Had a bad experience with this plumber a year ago when it took 6 weeks for them to come out and perform a simple fix on a leaky toilet. Unfortunately, this business is contracted by my landlord so I have little choice. Woke up Saturday morning to no hot water. Landlord contacted them and they said they came out Monday morning and fixed it. No hot water when I got home Monday night. He was made aware. No hot water Tuesday night and he was made aware again. No hot water Wednesday night. Now still no hot water Thursday night. This guy is 100% INCOMPETENT. I would never, ever, ever recommend this plumber to ANYONE.

He came out within 45 minutes and cleared out basement drain. Nice man.
