A short story to read. Me and a Hispanic guy staying at hope both found a job around the same time. Making the same money applied for help at bcap(him a week after I did). He got first month rent and security within two weeks of applying to help him out while all I got was ignored. Still to this day all I get is ignored. Guess you need to change your last name to get any help from bcap or anybody in Reading Edit- well been over a month since the review and I still haven't heard a peep from them. It's funny I applied back in April.

Miscommunication at first, front desk older gentleman who you would think have enough manners to an know better and let a person finish talking not roll eyes and cut you off by thinking he can finish your sentence. Also it's 2019 where is having information in a computer at a front desk not having people running all over searching. Needs more organization.
They screwed me out of help by reschedule my appointment 3 times til there was no more money to help with. Prejudice ppl there don't like white ppl

Hoping they can help us with some economical problems ! Well as expected they kept reschedulinge I my wife's appointment 6 months ago,for no reason till they ran out of funds so they said, rescheduled us 3 time's ! This place is completely USELESS !
