Don't bother visiting if you want to speak to a store staff or need any further information. They just don't bother to ask or even show any sign of life. Pathetic staff and customer service.

My sister had her bathroom/Shower room done to make her life easier as she is disabled. OMG she wished she hadn't it has been nothing but problems, the pump leaked and came through the ceiling in her spare room. The tiles are cracked they put on the floor, the taps don't work properly. The door hits the basin when you enter the bathroom, they never installed the water softener properly. Just a few of the problems. To date still not got it right. My sister has now had a mental breakdown due to the stress and is in hospital. I will be reporting this company to watchdog and trading standards. Bunch of cowboys, avoid this place unless you also want a mental breakdown and waste 12,000 !!! Rip off. Didn't even want to give them one star but they won't let me post this otherwise.

There are good people in the design team who do take time to work through the design with you. However the experience is then totally ruined by the branch manager Richard who does not have sense of business value, not a manager material really. He charged me double the cost for switching to a smaller shower. When I questioned the logic behind it, he was adamant saying the prices have changed overnight. Shockingly he okay-ed to let go my 4500 order instead swapping shower to smaller size within the the same order. He totally wasted my time, his staff's time and a wasted delivery & collection of goods by the company. He is long due training in "how to run a business".
Very unhelpful, asked the female member of staff about whirlpool baths was told to look on line she could not be less helpfull. Only customer in the shop but was not interested at all. Customer service wouldn't go a miss! Felt very unwelcome there would recommend people to avoid this place !! Bq not far away a lot more helpful there!!
