Very happy with my second hand Steelcase chair. I was a bit concerned with not being able to see the actual chair I'd recurve as there were several available. Spoke with a member of the team who assured me they were cleaned and in good condition. Chair received and I'm very pleased with the condition and delivery service. Would recommend to others!!

They look brand new, there's not a single mark or wear on either of the chairs. I was so impressed with how helpful Jim was. I highly, highly recommend their company.

The chair was in good condition and a total bargain but a bit squeaky, so the chair was replaced on site with a perfect model. Fantastic customer service via both phone and email.
