First the good - the sandwiches are definitely worth it. They're tasty, filling and fresh. However, to get the sandwich, you have to deal with the staff. I've found that the staff is constantly more interested in talking to each other than making sandwiches, which leads to extremely long waits. Or if you're in the drive through line, a good chance that your order will be made wrong because you can't remind them of what you ordered. It's sad, because it's really a 5 star sandwich with 1 star service.

I went here on 11/28/2020 at around 9:10am. I ordered a salami egg & cheese, and 2 egg and cheese sandwiches. Instead I received 3 Plain bagels with cream cheese. Bagels were wrong too. I called for a refund and no one picked up. I need my money back please.
Best bagels in the around! The drive thru is always backed up. When you try their fresh bagels you'll know why. Tip: if all you're looking for is a coffee pour and bagels, walk in and hit the express line.
Bagel World is phenomenal. They have so many different options, from flavors of bagels, to cream cheese, to toppings. I have yet to have a bad breakfast sandwich or bagel from this place, and while the line may sometimes be long at peak breakfast hours, it's always worth it. The employees are friendly and make sure they have your order right every time. My personal favorite is a sausage, egg & cheese sandwich on a French Toast bagel.
