The staff are welcoming and I've only had positive experiences when visiting the shop. I previously posted this review noting some damage in the workshop. However, since that review, AW have gone out of their way to get in touch with me and have replaced the damaged component and touched up the paint in short time, and it looks great. It's great to find a company that goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy, great service - particularly Lewis who was very helpful!

I bought a new Giant Mountain Bike here and wad very impressed with the knowledge and guidance they offered on all makes and models to identify the one most suited to my purposes. They even fitted new tyre and bike stand for to ensure I was ready to ride straight away. I hope to use them for all servicing and maintenance.
