Worst customer service staff (they actually just put the most aggressive rude lady there). The most shambolic ASDA I have visited. Nottingham makes the Lower Earley shop look like a flea market. First lockdown not the best with limiting customer numbers. 2and lockdown a disgrace no door marshals. 3rd lockdown I havnt visited as it's not taking it seriously. But well reported it's like a nightclub on Friday night. Things often in the wrong section showing a different price. Staff actually swapped items to the right place after I challenged this and said it was there all along....I had taken a photo. If your shopping for COVID THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU.

Store not keeping an eye on numbers. Too many people in last night. Covid loves a good crowd. Some dimwit with his boxers on display, joggers barely clinging to his bottom, nose and lips out of his mask. Random trash disregarding distancing too. Ten people and six trolleys in an aisle but it was the best short cut she could find. Have noticed a lot of low hanging fruit in the store recently even if it is an Asda. Never used to be this bad. Going to start ordering instead of going in.

My review echoes that of others. They are not covid safe. Social distancing, occupancy numbers and mask wearing isn’t policed (and apparently the customers seem oblivious to the rules too) it also always feels/looks somewhat dirty in there too, while you can’t argue with the value for money on lots of items I’d rather pay a bit more and go somewhere covid safe and with less of a Chatsworth estate vibe

Despite supposedly taking a strong stand on mask-wearing, the person at the entrance had her back resolutely towards customers entering, which will avoid any unpleasant conflict, I guess, although not the risk of infection. A young woman was roaming the aisles with no mask and said “Exempt, thank you very much” in response to my query....but she was with at least 3 other people...and wasn’t the person paying...which begs the question, why was she even in there? Being exempt DOES NOT MAKE YOU LESS OF A RISK TO EVERYONE ELSE so why not behave responsibly instead of acting like you’ve been very clever?

Really impressed by the robustness of the cycle rack construction. This store is well hidden and you won't find it by chance.
