Very pleasant experience today. The team here are empathetic, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone I spoke to was attentive and kind. Gaz helped me out with my new iPhone 12 and delivered nothing short of white glove service. Well done, everyone. Keep it up!

As with many apple shops globally, this one is no different. Has all of the devices on display, staff are knowledgeable and well train to answer any queries regarding any of the products. Apple customer support is one of the best in the world, it's nothing less at this location.

John the senior manager at Apple Store, Reading, reckons that Apple are not responsible if they sell a non-Apple branded item and it fails after 14 days. He says their customer should contact their supplier. When I pointed out that under UK law Apple were responsible as my contract was with Apple, not their supplier he said I was wrong. Thanks John, you know nothing about Customer Service or the Consumer Protection Regulations!

Bouncers on duty? No other store requires these arrogant meatheads that literally walk at you when you’re passing by the CORRECT way on the one way system.
