Staff are always welcoming and very pleasant. They are also very helpful and always check if i am okay and if i need assistance. All have a lot of product knowledge and very understanding.

Unfortunately, I had a seriously unpleasant experience here on Tuesday. The staff, other than one member, were utterly unwelcoming; I felt beyond uncomfortable...I did not make my purchase in the end due to this. One of the ladies stared at me whilst I browsed in the store, this made me feel extremely out of place. I felt ignored and as if I wasn’t meant to be in the store. Usually I love it here, but after “lockdown” attitudes have seemed to change. I would not come back to this specific store. Disgraceful. Manners need to be implemented.

Love the choice and the layout of this particular branch. They always seem to have the full range in store. Staff are very helpful
well looked after by megan who was efficient friendly and helpful i have been to your store in reading about 3 times over the last three years and have left with at least 3 bras and a relief that after trailing around other stores found ones that fitted and the service brilliant my nearest ann summers at high wycombe has never been able to help me as always short staffed so thank you megan for your wonderful service and my new delights which only took about half an hour to purchase and thank you ann summers for providing 32 back sizes even though 34 this time
