Great product. Poor customer service, poor communication. We have been trying to have a repair done for 6 months. Heard every excuse possible from being on conference call to being in bathroom and throw little covid in there too. I work retail shipping is slow but not 6 month to get replacement part.

Had my furniture picked up this morning and was truly disappointed in the lack of communication from the delivery driver. (unknown name) because he did not introduce himself. Kyle who is new was more helpful in advising me as to what was going on and why they could not take my dining room chairs and table, I felt it was rude for the other gentleman to not let me know anything nor exchange a single word with me. Otherwise I had never had any issues with aarons over the past 2 plus years.

Got my fridge from them. My stove great company depending on what you need sometimes its worth it to go to a second hand store or buy somewhere else straight out. But for am emergency ita a good place to go. I pay 82 a month for my 2018 double door fridge with deep freezer bottom.

Just trying to reach anyone in this store is the biggest pain in the rear. They never seem to have enough people. Lots of people need jobs higher aomeone to take calls. People don't have all day to sit on hold or to keep calling 5 to 8 times a day.

The guys here are amazing. Super well informed and helpful. They are not sharks that are out for your money. With a warm greeting and a smile they ask what your vision is. Then device a package and price that would make the Grinch happy. There selection is massive and the many different payment plans are excellent.
