The work they carried out was to a decent standard (not exceptional by any means). However the real problems started when they finished. They will hound you for payment (call you every hour) and will also imply you are not being honest with them when you explain you have made the transfer. They will promise you a receipt and full report when payment is received. They received my payment a week ago and I am still chasing them for a receipt and report which was needed for my tenancy check out 2 days ago. I had to have a second company do the work as they simply would not answer calls or reply to emails regarding the receipt. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Poor service all round - the company owner actually came to my property made every excuse not to do the work as clearly it was only a small patch of carpet needed cleaning and not worth his time, was very rude claimed needed to get somthing from his van and drove away!!
