I joined mid January. Planned on staying just a month to get me off my butt. Still there now in May. I honestly feel good since I joined. Personal trainers are super supportive helpful. Always there for guidance if unsure. I would recommend 9Round to anyone.

I got my free trail .it was an amazing experience.the team is very friendly , highly recommend to anyone.
Great concept but the customer service was poor. I was lied to that my first month was free, I was charged the full amount for two weeks and the next payment was promptly taken 2 weeks later. I complained and was told there are no free months, and the trainer who had explained this to us blantatly refused he had offered us free membership. That being said you have to give a 30 day notice to cancel your membership even if you have only been there for two weeks. I'm not familiar with the workouts yet I found myself alone at some stations with no guidance. All the best with it, some might have had a better experience with it.
I joined 3 weeks ago, after a year of not doing any excersise at all, and I can clearly see how I am improving. It is stimulating an fun: a different gym after all
I've been a member for 2 weeks and have attended 6 times. Afrina the manager is great, she is friendly and supportive but also pushes you to get a good workout. Exercises are interesting and varied, today we flipped a massive tyre. I tend to go around 7.45 AM - it is usually nice and quiet at this time.
