Avid Avoid Avoid! Ordered parts 4th December as stated they were in stock, then told 10 -1 4 days. After many emails and chasing i've been given the complete run around and told maybe end of February!! I have officially requested a full refund several times and every request has gone unanswered. I have now lodged a formal retail dispute claim with my bank and also referred them to trading standards as this is illegal. looking at many other reviews they seem to do this to many many customers so not exactly a one off! They lie and not to be trusted.

Avoid, disgusting company. Dishonest, inept, and they'll also steal from you given the chance, if my experience is anything to go by. Their customer services have messed me around, lied, randomly accused me of using a fraudulent credit card!? Lied repeatedly about the shipping date. These are a truly disgusting company, that much so that I presume the 5 star generic reviews were made by themselves.

Wouldn't order again,first and last time I'll use them,ordered R1 frame covers and got the usual 7-10 day dispatch email,after 10 days I contacted them and was told they have none in stock and it'll be the end of the month....that came and went,contacted them again (live chat as emails are not always answered)I was told that they will email there supplier tomorrow and I will hear back the same day.....tomorrow came and went and again no contact so I contacted them and was told there supplier said they would be with them in 10 days....10 days came and nothing so I sent an email requesting a refund,then due to no reply I contacted them on live chat and spoke to a member of staff who said I needed to send an email requesting a refund which I said I had,I was told a refund takes 7-10 days but its usually quicker,that was 9 days ago and still no refund,I did sent a email and message on live chat asking if there's any problems with my refund and I've heard nothing back so I'll wait a couple more days then contact my credit card company and the ombudsman about the situation and go from there,I think the lack of contact and information is terrible,waiting 6 weeks for nothing and the whole time the covers are still on there web site to add to basket for others to have to go through the same,I've kept all emails and screen shot all live chat to send to the ombudsman as others have been in the same boat as me.....please look around for other places to buy from and check contact details as places like lightech etc are own by reactive parts so I'll be same same
