Re Up - Kebabs, Burgers, Shawarma, MilkShakes & Takeaway in Hayes

I made an order on uber eats. I ordered a meal which was a cheese burger with mayonnaise, chips & ferror milkshake. Chips where ok, milkshake was not the best ive had & certainly not as thick as I thought it would be. Mazza does better shakes down the road frm here. But the burger, well I couldn't find any cheese in it, the foil inside was wet then I realised it was due to the burger. It was as soggy as anything & trying to pick it up it was leaking out. It was drenched in ketchup on both sides & full of red onions, not to mention cold. I took one bite & threw it. The worst burger ive ever tasted. I will definitely not be back.

Best place to eat in Hayes in my opinion and the environment here is excellent for eating your food in, very respectful cashier if you haven't been there I suggest you have a try, one you try it, you coming back fasho!

I have ordered from here a few times but the last couple of times the food has been awful! The last time I ordered, the food was cold and part of the order was missing. I informed the restaurant of the missing order and was promised a refund which still hasn't been done(it has been 3 days now). Terrible customer service and food. Never will I order from here again.

Shocking food poor customer service, never will I ever order from here again boycott this restaurant at all costs if you want your order to be wrong and get no help and food to be cold this is the restaurant for you, WHAT A JOKE

So far I've had there Chicken Wrap Shawarma and Milkshake and omg the milkshakes are as good as Amigos if not even better. The wrap was regular but was so big and delicious i was stuffed for the rest of the day, fast service and nice staff too! Thick thick a** shakes just how i love it.
