Tried for over a month to get a quote for our the our sub division road and they do not respond to emails or phone calls.

This company has been working on our parking lot for the past week or so. They have so far done an okay job by that, but their Customer Service skills are crap. This past Friday, my vehicle was damaged in the parking lot while they were working. Someone was moving equipment around my truck and damaged the driver side. Scratched it up from the tailgate, to the door. I have contacted the company and their \Insurance Agent\ and they refuse to give information needed when exchanging insurance information. I called their office and spoke with their office Manager and she persisted to tell me this issue is not in their hands anymore and told me to stop calling their office (I have only called 3 times) and hung up on me. All I called for you guys... Was to get the Name and Number to their actual Insurance Company, not their agent.... This company is crooked and does not take accountability or responsibility for their actions, nor their employees actions. I will be contacting \5 On Your Side\ and my lawyer so I may be reimbursed for the damage done to my vehicle.
