We have been using Maximum Access Internet service for at least 15 years now. Uptime is in the range of 99%. When we have an issue, they are always very quick to get it resolved. Good company, good people, good service.

I have had their service for sometime now. I use it for my professional Job and for entertainment with surfing the net and watching movies on Netflix!! I have been highly satisfied!!! I have only had trouble 1 time and that’s because I purchased a new router. They talked me right through it! Very awesome people!!
So I’ve had this internet over a year now and I actually live beside where the tower is located. You would think for 52 a month and living very close to the place, my connection would be decent. WRONG. We’re talking about 1mbps download speed and even slower upload speeds, if that’s even possible... You could get 60-100mbps for the same price with another company. When I first got this service, it was about 3mbps then slowly started getting slower. And yet they charge the same price? Very frustrating. I know Holly Ridge is a very rural area but for 52 a month I didnt expect to have something so slow. Not for gamers or those wanting to download anything. Google search works OK. They seem like nice people but then again..... really never see them or hear from them. Sure thinking about switching to AT&T if they will come out here
