I used their online scheduler to make an appointment this morning. I received a call back within a couple hours. I expected to wait at least a week for an appointment due to the cold weather, but they came the same day/today! I was so surprised. On top of it, the technician who came was fantastic! He was so professional and respectful of me and my property (he wore a mask for COVID and shoe covers). He cleaned my furnace, gave me status on its health, and was just overall friendly and pleasant. This was the first time I used Ray's HVAC (found them via a Carrier approved dealer site), and I chose them because some reviewers said that they didn't push a new furnace on you. I had the same experience. No hard sell, just honesty, experience, kindness, and great customer service. Thank you, Adam and Ray's HVAC! :)

I would give 10 stars if I could! ️️ I called yesterday spoke with William one of the owners he was so kind, and friendly. He gave me an appointment for today. Adam the technician was absolutely amazing!! He cleaned my furnace he didn't try and sell me a new one. He said it just needs to be cleaned. (Music to my ears) Adam was very professional, he answered my questions, addressed my concerns. Thank you Adam! Ray's is definitely programmed in my phone!! Thank you!!

Had our annual furnace check and cleaning. Very satisfied with our technician, Zoran Andric. He was on time and very thorough and tidy with his work. Followed all the safety covid requirements. Highly recommend. We purchased our furnace and a/c with this company in the last few years and have always been impressed with their service and quality of work.

I had to have my A/C reconnected after I had some sewer line work completed (the unit was in the way). Zoran came out. He reconnected it and checked to make sure it ran. Before that he saw that the ground was not level so he left to pick up some gravel to put underneath the unit. He also had to move a big slab of concrete that was in the way. It's the little things. He could have rescheduled knowing the concrete was very heavy and hard to move and gravel was needed. His colleagues were not available to help him. Thanks Zoran for taking the initiative and wanting to get the job done! Only reason for 4 stars was on the 1st visit to move the A/C unit the guy that came out was great , but what was charged and the time it took to process a partial refund was a little suspect. Overall a good company.

Nice job on the inspection and freon top off. -update- Three weeks later compressor capacitor dies. 86 in the house. Andy came out and fixed same day no charge for the visit. Excellent work Ray's!
