Inside dining room was closed. Not sure why. Drive up lane was so slow. 25 minutes to get food. I got fish sandwich asked for no lettuce got lettuce but no cheese. Husband got junior hamburger ketchup and onion but they had no onion. I can tell you, you lost a lot of business today. Lots of cars just left.

If i could give this place a negative number i would. This place is not following simple rules to keep every one safe no one had on gloves hafe the people have have there make below there nose the cook has no mask on while in the grill so he is making food with NO MASK OR GLOVES ON but what can you expect from a store where even the manager cant where her mask RIGHT OR AT ALL this is the last time i will ever come in here .
Slowest service I have ever had in my life. 30 minutes from start to finish. They were nice people don't get me wrong but the whole service setup was done all wrong. One person working front counter taking the order and serving. One was working the register for the drive through while one was serving the drive through window. There were a total of 6 people working there. What were the other 3 people doing? It doesn't take 3 people to work the fryer grill and make sandwiches.
WHERE DO I START?????.....This is hands down one of the worst Wendys around. Starting with the long wait in lines most of the time you come to this Wendys. Again RUDE Employees..... OK ... If you hate your job that much go find a different job. It really makes people unhappy when you are interrupted while you are trying to order by them asking again and again if that's it. They always mess up your orders. When you get to the window to pay they just rip the credit card out of your hand without a smile on their face. Instead of a smile you get a very unhappy look that makes you feel like you are bothering them by ordering food so they need to do their job. When they give you your food they just hand you it without saying anything and then turn around and walk away. Then after you drive off you realize your missing stuff and then you need to go back around and wait in line again. If your hungry keep driving by and find another place to eat. There is so many other place within a mile from this Wendy's.
If -1 was available We ordered at drive thru only 4 cars in line not bad. I ordered a number 1 no cheese for wife and I ordered a home style chicken sandwich with bacon added. Picked up order drive thru time was average. Left the area reaching in to grab some fries they were cold and hard on outside and sooggy in the middle ( not good) so I got home they didn't give me my receipt not in bag ok. Took a bite noticed no bacon but they now have pickles on chicken sandwich . Those are great on burgers not chicken . Took another bite after removing pickles and something just tasted bad like rotten. I spit out my sandwich and in the trash it went, waste of my hard earned money. Wife ate her Burger, and her fries into the trash with in 15 minutes she is sick stomach aches . We were looking forward to having a quick meal after a long day and not cooking at home ️. We will never go to that Wendy's ever again can't be trusted with safe food service. Hope Corporate headquarters is able to read this Dissatisfied customer David Silva
