After the Brockton location closed I was in need of a new groomer for my wolfhound Willy. I will be coming back for sure! Molly was so polite and gentle with my big boy - speedy too! He has severe anxiety. With the express appointment she had him down in about an hour. She was very kind and said he did great at pick up, explained everything in detail as to what she did throughout the appointment so I know for future reference... Honestly, if you need a groomer, go here! And ask for Molly! We'll be back because of her.

Erin is the most unpleasant and unfriendly person I have ever met for a groomer. She didn’t even say hi to us when we came in and she didn’t even seem to care about my dog. Usually when someone sees a dog they are so happy to see them and greets them. Not her, she didn’t even acknowledge that my dog was there. I would not recommend her, you will leave very disappointed with her service. She is in the wrong career if she is not an animal person. If I could give her zero stars I would.
