Inexpensive mediocre food. The restaurant needs to be renovated and the bathroom wasn't clean. On a more positive note, the service was fast and the waiter was super nice.

Friendly’s must have gotten their name from how great Javier Caraballo is with us customers. Despite everything going on in the world it is nice to see someone like Javier being so positive upbeat and energizing everyone.
I love this place especially for ice cream
I ordered food on the phone earlier (Mozzarella Sticks and a Burger as well as two milkshakes) and didn’t get the Mozzarella Sticks but instead got what appears to be a Turkey Melt. This would be ideal for many people considering the Melt probably costs more than an order of Mozzarella Sticks but being a vegetarian, it’s not. The order was repeated over the phone, in person, and the ticket was correct to the original order. I just wish I had checked the boxes before driving home and I’d go back but I was out on a day trip. Sadly, this experience is not one of the best I’ve had at this Friendly’s location. 2 stars for the milkshakes though. Also, the server who took my orders’ name was Barbra, she was nice.

I love going to Friendly's, been going here since I was a kid. Love all the ice cream options they have, and their food is pretty good too. Nothing fancy but delicious and to follow it up with a sundae, there is nothing better. This Friendly's was very clean and the staff was very nice.I hope that this place lasts because there are not many of them left.
Arrived and there was only one table of people. We were told it would be a ten minute wait. IT WAS 17 minute wait. Once seated our waitress came over and she wreaked of weed. As a person who has weed knowledge i can confirm to a certainty that she has defiantly been smoking. My fries came out and it WAS CRUMBS. As if the empties a bag of fries and i got all the stuff left on the bottom. Very disappointed in the service and food.
