I had ordered ahead on the app so as to save time and was very careful not to choose a location flagged as not having all products available. Yet when I got there I was immediately informed that one item I had chosen wasn't yet available so they asked what I would like for a substitute. This then meant I had to wait for it to be done. So although it was ok it just didn't meet my expectations of the order ahead process.

it was my very first time at dunkin donuts, and i ordered a iced coffe , and the ladies over there made the best ever ice coffee for me . the service was very nice and the smile of both ladies was awesome.
Use to be a great place. If you go after 10:30 pm. There is no coffee or there is always something missing. Beside that they start getting a lot of young kids teenager at the front door. Making you feel uncomfortable.
Sweetest employees!!! Brought my food out to me without asking. Very, very thoughful!!!!
