This is my second time coming here to Walgreens in Rayne first time I called to see how to transfer a presentation girl was so rude so I went in to pick it up she was waiting on another customer and bein rude with him that's how I knew who she was well today went to the window my so rude again I said what's with the attitude she said I don't have one but I can get one and tthrew the penand mic down I can get one too you don't need to b here at this window or at the storeThe pharmacist saw this and was professional about it he completed my order

Had medication called in to the pharmacy 30 minutes before I had arrived and I even waited an extra 10 minutes in the parking lot before going in. Waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes before being help and the associate was very rude when helping me and asked if I even wanted the meds filled since they would be 40, I was then told it would be another 15-20 minute wait while they got meds ready. Left and came back, this time to drive-thru. Waited in that line for another 30 minutes before getting to the window and then waited ANOTHER 10 minutes at the window while I watched them FILL my meds. I won't ever be going back to the walgreens or recommending anyone there. This was a wednesday morning and took over 2 hours just to get an inhaler filled. If I could give less then 1 star I would.
So very helpful and polite! The lady in cometics went out of her way to go check if a specific item was there for me . She was beyond helpful and extremely polite, if all places of business had employees like her,the world would be a better place. Kudos to this Walgreens, makes me want to go more often for items. As a customer we are grateful to feel appreciated. Thanks!

Is one of the qualifications to be hired as a Walgreen cashier is that you have to have a negative attitude and be rude. This has to be one of the worst Walgreens. The automatic fill system for your prescription never works always having to call in my prescription to get it refilled and they asked me if they want it on automatic refill and I say yes every time but every month when my prescription is due I have to call it in or come in to have it refilled and the process goes over and ask me again if I want it on an automatic refill. As far as customer service is concerned in the friendliness of this place I would have to say it is the worst.
RUDE RUDE AND MORE RUDE. Lady with the short hair. I even used to serve her at sonic AND SHE WAS RUDE AS A CUSTOMER TOO
