If you are depressed, or feeling hopeless, PLEASE, save your life and get a hold of this company. Your life WILL depend on it. I have been living with Truehope supplements in my life for 16 years, and not only am I 10 years younger and healthier, my quality of life has improved greatly. I owe my life to Truehope, but it is "A WAY OF LIFE" you need to commit to it 100%, but if you want to have hope and feel better, why would you not want to commit.
Its not fda approved like most holistic treatments but emp took away my hallucinations like medication would not.
I discovered Truehope over a decade ago. In 2020 I decided to make the switch from a cocktail of Lithium, Limotrigine and Seroquil to EmpowerPlus micronutrient. I am very grateful for the support offered from this non-profit Canadian company. I originally thought about purchasing on Amazon but knew it was the customer care department that was such a valuable part of getting the information needed to properly ween off of all psychotropic medications, which you can only get through buying direct. Thank you to all the wonderful staff; especially those who sent me an emergency order of aminos and Inositol when I was having very bad detox symptoms getting off of Lithium. I am proud of my journey and that Truehope was such an integral part of it.
Truehope provides powerful, high quality supplements and has the best customer service I've ever experience. They actually reached out to me on multiple occasions to ask if I needed any support (and were not trying to sell more of their products-- they were really just checking on me.) What a fantastic company!

Absolutely life changing not just for me but whole family, including the bipolar always negative grandpa, he is easy going and pleasant, something we all forgot was even possible. I have peace, hope and resolution in my life. I feel like myself, no more negative nonesense in my head. Wish I learned about it years ago, I have a lot of catching up to do and am looking forward to it. Thank you.
This works to calm the mind. Its not as strong as antidepressants. But for somebody who just wants a mild calmer with no side effects i strongly recomend it.
