I had a deal go south a few years back and I was between a rock and a hard spot. Wrong door and when delivered I had already opened up the house so tool the door to close the opening and rehanded it myself. We are talking a triple sliding door. So I stayed away from doing any big deals with them till now. I scheduled a morning delivery a week out and they failed to deliver a paid delivery told me they sold out before my delivery! No notice. They would have a truck come the next day from a different location and be there at 8 am only to make me wait an hour and half later no notice. I am done. Go elsewhere
