The guy that went to reconnect my meter didn't check my stove after he told he had to check it as part of his routine. Then two more guys get there hurrying him up and didn't want to turn on the boiler because there was water on the ground. After I explained why water was there he then had the excuse that the boiler was dirty from the top and now that was why he couldn't turn it on. So three guys for one meter and one boiler and didn't even turn on the gas. And this after I paid for same day services over 100 dollars. Lazy, unprofessional, undependable group at Baker Services...

Thanks for turning my gas off to randomly install a new meter. No advance notice. In the middle of a work day. Then, Jamal told us he'd be there "within an hour" to fix this issue and we're well beyond that now. I love paying for gas...and not actually having it because you guys decided to drop by for periodic, random maintenance. Worthless.
Thanks for turning off my gas with no warning and leaving a note on my door WHILE I WAS HOME, saying you weren't able to reach me because no one was home. The meter reader lied. He put that he came by at 10:56 AM. I came home at 11:15 AM and there was no note on my door but when I left at 11:45, miraculously there was a note. Also the note said nothing about shutting my gas off at all and now I can't cook anything. They are affiliated with Entergy in Louisiana. I can't imagine it's that hard to find the contact information of the person living in the house to schedule a time to do maintenance but instead they are lazy and do business like this.
I’ve now had two interactions with drivers using our driveway like a racetrack. This last one started backing toward me when I tried to get his tag then got out of his truck yelling and acting extremely unprofessional. You can’t get baker services on the phone so going to Entergy. They’re not welcome back on my property.
Got out of vehicle on my property loudly cursing on the phone. These people need reminding that they are on private property.
This company came to my house without permission, hooked up to my line, and now the lights only come on when the dryer is turned on and as soon as the dryer goes off, the lights do too. Called Entergy customer service THREE TIMES. They initially said they had nothing to do with this company and had no work order and didn't recognize them as a contractor. Then, mysteriously, after talking with the final rude CSR and a supervisor, another Rep from Entergy dispatch calls and says they were on the property to upgrade the equipment on 8/7 (verified by neighbors and my brother). But, when you try to call this company...no dial tone! Very bad business. This company screwed up big time and now Entergy technician wants us to pay for a part to fix their mistake. If I could rate less than 1, I would!
I've had two separate occasions were property come up missing from my property I have told the meter readers and the company they are not allowed to trespass on my property anymore Jackson Mississippi they are affiliated with Entergy of Mississippi
