TWR Watch repairs did a superb service on my Sinn 556 watch. They communicated with me throughout the process, from confirming receipt of my watch to when the service was expected to start. They serviced my watch using genuine Sinn parts, and returned my watch sooner than expected in a nice Sinn zip-up travel case (along with all the components they replaced). I also gave them special instructions to change the second hand (to a red one) and calibrate my watch, and my watch now looks like the new \special edition\ model and keeps time with chronometer accuracy (4 secs/day). Really good value for money, fast, efficient, trust-worthy & highly recommended. Alex was brilliant!
