Carl has just uploaded multiple lots of toys/models for the upcoming auction. He has done a great job and was very helpful when I asked for changes. Hopefully I will get some good prices for the Lots.

If I were to say my sister and I were disappointed with this company it would be a massive understatement. When Mark called round to value our mothers things he said the Carlton ware would be split into three sets with an estimate of 75. Now I know he can't guarantee any price but the were just kept as one set just in box (30 items) and went for 30. We had lovely Clarice Cliff plate which was just left in box with other items which went for 30 the lot. Two Chrystoleon paintings 30 the two just ludicrous. Thank goodness I sold my dad's crystal sets and radio books and our other Clarice Cliff privately. Totally feel I let my parents down letting this company sell these things for us as really don't feel they did anywhere near their best for us.
What a tin pot auction house this is hardly the Christie's of Essex tried to bid via saleroom.com which they needed to authorise and didn't left out no answer on the phone saying office is closed late to start the auction by 10 mins online what a shambles an embarrassing company wasted my time trawling through noting lots to bid
Thanks for the warning people who lost out, Will find elsewhere where items displayed & not shoved in box for job lot. How upsetting.
Very friendly, also very popular, it's best to book frist, to avoid waiting a while, had great experience, and very impressed by knowledge, and help given
