Not happy my dad urgently needs antibiotics & the prescription was sent here by a Dr as its supposed to be open to 2pm but it was closed at 1pm! Not helpful at all. Luckily it was my boyfriend who made the trip not my poor mum. Mind you, now she has all fun of trying to get another prescription from a local Dr via 1111.

This place is abysmal! Weekdays it says open until 7 but any chance he gets the guy is closed up to 90mins before that. Likewise at weekend. Saturday it’s supposed to be open until 5 but go there any time after 3 and he’s already buggered off home. The service is atrocious! For some reason it takes upwards of 15mins for one customer!! As an added feature of your prolonged wait in the queue you have to deal with the horrendous smell. Get better or close down and let someone else do it because you’re useless!
Chemists seem to be some of the forgotten key workers. Remember the majority of people that are ill. After the gp the chemist is the second stop. Been using this chemist for over 20 years. And cannot fault their service
Useful little pharmacy open too late if wheelchair bound get someone else to pop in for you
