Had our windows replaced with Feature Windows and couldn’t recommend them enough. Very professional but friendly service from Graham in charge to the fitters who installed our windows. They are good quality and very reasonable. Came back super efficiently to one issue we had too, no questions asked. Would definitely use them again in the future if we ever needed anymore work doing.
I had my windows done by feature recently and they look amazing! I was very impressed by the speed, quality and presentation of the windows as well as their very polite and efficient staff. Any mess made during the removal and replacement of my old windows was cleared by the company, it looked like they hadn't even been there! If you're looking for a very reliable and professional service I would 100% recommend!!!!
Feature windows were recommended to me, we received good advice from Graham in design phase which was helpful as there are things we wouldn't have thought of. Fitters arrived the morning of the fitting and had the job of working around two builders and materials laying around, they didn't moan and just got on with the job (it might have been my tea making skills that kept them smiling!). We had a few niggly issues which were explained over the phone and the next morning the fitters were back and made good everything we asked of them...very happy with the service and end result, many thanks to feature windows

Stop putting fake reviews Graham opposing to what Atifa said. Did you advise Tom Buckley to hang the blind on his head instead? For the people who care, don't waste your money on cheap installation because you have to go somewhere else to correct the job they did and there's no real warranty of what they do. They damaged my new bathtub and broke the faucet while correcting their own work. Also damaged the coving while ripping out the original window frames. Beware, they don't take any responsibility for their mistakes.
Hired to replace my windows, damaged my bathtub by breaking the faucet whilst replacing the bathroom window. Didn't take proper ownership of it and didn't cooperate in replacing the tap. 18 months later the trim of my front room is bearing down and looks like with time it'll come crashing down asked the owner of this business to come and have a look from the beginning he was defensive, rude and argumentative. Kept blaming my blinds for being too heavy and they haven't been installed properly where as he assured me at the beginning that I can install blinds in proportion to the windows and it won't be a problem. He knows and I know that his people haven't installed the trim properly and this is why its coming undone. Left my property saying the only thing he can do is glue the trim again but it's the blinds that are at fault if we don't like it get someone else to do it! Very unhelpful and doesn't deserve anyone's business.
