Just received the worst service from James Edmunds, which culminated in him slamming the phone down on me. I phoned him back to find out why & the response I received has led me to a complete loss of confidence. For this reason I asked if another police officer could help me, James refused my request I'm shocked & mortified by James' approach. I'm thankful we live in a country where these incidents can be reviewed fairly.
