The customer representative - Tracey was amazing and supported me all the way through the purchasing experience. She was quite understanding of my circumstance at the time. Despite difficulty of the various lockdowns and collecting items, the store manager was also supportive. Ultimately I loved the product I purchased - "King Size Mirabel Collection Bed Frame".

Delivery arrived within the time specified, the two men were very careful placing the bed in my hallway and covid respectful. It's not easy to park where I live, but neither of the men complained, I've had other deliveries where the drivers just moan.

I received a very high level of customer service from Benson Beds in Rayleigh. I was served by Alex who was fantastic, really friendly and helpful, but who also gave me the time to check mattresses out in my own time. I liked the rating system for the firmness of each mattress which was easily visible. Very happy and would definitely shop here again.

My bed was meant to be delivered today, I called yesterday to be told because we are tier 4 they are no longer delivering and that someone will be in contact to arrange a new delivery date. I then looked on the website and it said they will deliver. When we called back we were told they will deliver but we never had a time slot for 22nd December. I have my receipt that proves what day we booked it for which I am happy to send in. A date had been set for January without our knowledge. I have been waiting since August for this bed, I have had not email communication from bensons about the change in delivery date.

0 stars - absolutely awful !! Bad customer service, don’t come back to us when promised. Faulty first bed, left in pain for months. Replacement bed comes and only half was loaded on van so took another week for delivery and store orders wrong base with broken draw. Next replacement comes and delivery men fold our expensive artisan mattress in half and strap it which has damaged all the springs in the centre. Again bad customer service. I have a heart condition and am pregnant and got offered 50 off a blow up bed which is unacceptable
