I made an online enquiry on the 30th March for a quotation for a headstone. I'm still waiting for the quotation on the 21st April. My last email to them which was asking if they ever will manage to give a quotation was ignored. In the meantime l have had responses from six other local and national masons all within 24hrs with a quotation. I am aware these are difficult times as we leave lockdown conditions. However these are also tough times for us who are wishing to complete the burial of our parents. Naff service like this is the last thing we need especially when other masons exceed where you fail.
