Excellent railway station. Neat and clean with good eateries. Very good staff for service. They provide good service in retiring room with just 150 rupees for almost 3-5 hours with good amneties

An important station of Odisha.If you want to visit Chekaguda-the hanging bridge,Chatikona falls,Kendiguda dam,Hatipathar(picnic spot-here the Nagavali river flows through a deep cut valley and the two boulders atop these waterfalls look like elephants perched on a hill) then you must deboard at Rayagada
The police man incharge is not allowing anyone with the travellers to help them board easily even if the travellers are handicapped. But they are allowing the cow n other animals to the platform. Salute to Rayagada railway station... Please check the photo below...
