Went in today Friday 19th Feb 2021 to just simply ask for a claim form. 2 ebay items i have sent out on earlier in Feb have both not been delivered . The man behind the counter first suggested that its prettry strange I should have 2 items go missing and implied first of all I was trying to pull a fast one. When I told him I had bought the postage labels online from royal mail so had all the evidence and I also had both receipts from the post office to show that they were scanned and mailed he then actually said to me \ I am pretty sure then that these people have received the items and you are just trying to get money back from you\ . I couldnt believe that after implying first of all I was a liar he was now implying 2 different people from different parts of the country were both lying . ot Anyway i got my forms and left very angry unecceserily . Bad experience

Excellent post office, very helpful. They also have some basic stationary ie envelopes, tape, bubble wrap etc. Also a great selection of cards for all occasions and some local souvenirs. Deserves 10 stars.......
Very efficient staff always pleasant & cheerful.
Lovely postmaster and staff. Always friendly and nothing is too much bother. Have stocks of things that you never knew you needed! I wont use any other Post Office.
