During lockdown I wanted to purchase a spin bike. I did my research and decided on the M Pro Sport Spin Bike as it has all the features I want, including gear level on the console. Precision Gym Services Ltd provided this at a competitive price and therefore made the large purchase with them. The bike arrived a few days later but unfortunately was damaged during transit, spoke with the owner of Precision Gym (Dave) who was very apologetic and within 24hrs had the damaged bike picked up and a replacement delivered. I have had the bike for several months now and couldn't be happier. Before lockdown I was going to the gym doing 4/5 spin classes per week, I have used lots of different bikes over the years and the M Pro Sport Spin Bike is one of the best quality bikes I have used. The service I have experienced from Precision Gym Services Ltd has been first class and would not hesitate in recommending them to not only commercial gyms but any individuals who are interested in purchasing gym equipment.

What an excellent company with excellent service. I own a gym in Canterbury and have had two visits from these guys in the last two years to service and maintain commercial gym machines and equipment. On both occasions they arrived on time, did the work to a high standard and allowed me to trade immediately afterwards with a full complement of well-serviced kit.
