Phil at Rawlinson Gold in Pinner is absolutely first class. Having been on the market with two other very reputable local estate agents, Phil approached me advising that he had sold a property around the corner for over the asking price in a matter of days. Naturally, I was skeptical because like most owners, we believed our house to be better and could not understand how ours remained unsold with no offers. Intrigued by Phil's comments, we invited him to appraise the property and give us a second opinion. His opinion was fair and honest, he took a brilliant video of the property, new photographs and a brilliant updated floorplan. Within 2 weeks of being on the market with Phil, we had an offer of exactly the price that Phil has advised on our first meeting. Phil was hands on and even conducted viewings on our behalf, to the point that when one of the viewers offered, Phil called us there and then and we agreed a great price. Phil literally went above and beyond for us and would even call from his mobile after work hours to update us on the progress of our sale.
