I was suddenly afflicted with double vision. After 53 years of perfect sight- suddenly I was effectively blind to detail. I contacted Rachael Smith BSc MCOptom DipTp(IP) of Rawlings (Chandler's Ford/Hedge End) and after a few days awaiting the arrival of PPE... was able to see me (pun intended). She resolved my plight and enabled me to return to work- as a writer. Thank you Rawlings- but especially to Rachael Smith. x
Attended for examination and repair of spectacles. I was treated promptly and professionally with full Covid 19 precautions.
Super friendly and efficient. I was particularly impressed at the attention to detail during my recent eye test and the speed at which they were able to get my glasses ordered and made up!
