Tried to get them out to look at a spiral stairs that needed maintenance. Didn't answer the phone, emailed , eventually raised someone but they were completely disinterested and ignored my emailed pictures of the staircase. Bad bad customer service

Having spent a long time looking for a firm to replace a problem staircase we were delighted to come across Stairs Direct. We struck gold with this firm and from the very start we received extraordinary service. Chris has been quite frankly a superstar. He has gone way above and beyond in a level of customer service that is very rare to find. He has been not only highly knowledgeable on his subject - spiral staircases - which if course you would hope for, but so kind, concerned and thoroughly reassuring over a very tricky case. We had almost given up hope of a smooth and happy resolution to our building issues but his dogged persistence has paid off. We are delighted with the outcome and can heartily recommend that anyone looking for a staircase should go to Stairs Direct who will install a staircase that you are thrilled with.
