I was at the shop to return my device and get a refund(cancellation within 3 days). The staff is really active when you are installing a new device but they hate you when you go back for a refund. They refused to take my device back even though I had clarified the matter with the helpline who then advised me to go to this shop. I was thrown out of the shop with the excuse of 'we are closing now' even though there were still 15 minutes to the closing time. I would advise anyone buying WiTribe that this branch as well as the one in Sadr are not helpful if you have any issues with the internet. They will help you when you want a new connection, but then forget about you in case you need any further help.
