The hotel is not properly maintained. The bathrooms have broken accessories. The walls have leaked ceilings and walls which have been covered by wallpaper. But the leaks show. The door locks are also stuck. Food is good. That is their only redemption. Room rent is high compared to the services provided.

I have stayed in The Elegant hotel during my honeymoon trip in the month of Jan'20. Hospital building is very good looking and clean. We have stayed on the first floor. Rooms are big, wide, comfortable and neat. service from hotel management is also very good. Environment is very peaceful. you will enjoy your stay without any disturbance. Geysar for winter and Air conditioner for summers are also available on very affordable price. I rate this hotel as 9/10. Thanks
Service was good. Food was okayish although much could be done in terms of room's quality and heater as well. It was good enough to stay for one night but longer stays aren't advised here.

I would've given 4 stars but some of the staff behaviour was appaling. This joker pathan guy asked me to pay 1000 rupees for a heater and that's just for 1 night lol. So if your stay is for a month then you would pay 30,000 rupees just for the heater on top of the room charges haha. One would think that basic amenities would be included in the price. I saw the same guy smoking in the corridor. It seems like the management do not care and let these village boys do whatever the hell they want. My stay was for few months but I left after 2 weeks lol
