سرسکھ شہر کی بنیاد کشان دور حکومت میں بادشاہ کنشکا نے رکھی تھی ۔ بعد میں اس شہر کو ترک کر کے سر کپ شہر کی بنیاد رکھی گئ۔ سرسکھ شہر کی لمبائی 5 کلومیٹر اور چوڑائی 5.4 کلو میٹر تھی۔اس شہر کو سفید ہن نے تباہ کر دیا تھا۔اس شہر کی کھدائی 1915-16 میں کی گئ تھی۔ سر سکھ شہر یونیسکو کے عالمی ثقافتی اور قدرتی ثقفافتی ورثے کی لسٹ میں شامل ہے۔ Sirsukh .... It was founded by Kushan King Kanishka after 89 CE.The wall of this city is 5 km long and 5.4 km in width. This ancient city was excavated during 1915-16 on a very small scale. It is incluted in World Heritage list of UNESCO.
