Not too clean but people are forced to use this terminal due to unavailability of more bus terminal. Govt should look into this issue and should develop minimum 10 terminal in city like Rawalpindi to facilitate people. Cleanliness and staff behaviour should also be reviewed.

No cleaning in sitting area as well as washroom are very duty with out water bad experience. Also no parking available
