Total disappointment. The entire team from manager to lowest level are expert of misbehaviour. They even don't know how to talk with senior citizens.

The staff are nice ppl, but there is a long wait about 3-4 hours.
Very good banking & investment institution. This is the biggest saving institution of Pakistan. Now they have liberalised the profit disbursement system. People have no need to go to their respective National Saving Centre every month. Now they can deposit their profits cheques in their accounts in any bank of the country after their profit is earned. Their cheque will be encashed within 2-3 days and the profit amount will be credited into their respective bank account. Hence they will be able the withdraw their profits through ATMs Card. This facility is very useful for pensioners, senior citizens, widows and disabled persons. We are very thankful to National Saving management as well as Government for introducing this scheme.
Today 11 sep.2017 i visit for monthly profit BSC account collection. But Manager officer told me your monthly profit not credit in your account Rs.32000 our head office quarry. Please wait we will solve with head office, after three hours said me you or coming tomorrow. We will not pay you payment without head office credit. how is responsible 67 years age client will return home and come back tomorrow. This problem not only me 5 or 6 persons return home.
