I went thsre with my friends and ordered 2 plates of golgappas.. He didn't served us what we asked for and the other bad thing was, He came up with one plate only and said its for trial and then he counted those 6 golgappas as our first plate and then took too long to bring the second one and there were only 7 golgappas in there.. There should be 12 in one plate but... And quality was bad.. Staff behavior was also bad. Their menu list is huge but theie quality is not that high..

Went to Munchies last night with family, ordered two chicken cheese burger meals and zinger burger meal. It took them about 15 minutes to prepare the meal and when it arrived there were approximately 6 chips with the burgers and the Zinger burger had large chunks of chicken which were raw. The food was overall disgusting i complained to the waiter and he said he will take it up with the management ( i doubt it very much). I enquired about the 60 rupees service charge on the bill, his answer was that they are not paid a salary therefore it's added on to customers bill. The bill read 1050 however on closer inspection it should have been 1030. CONCLUSION: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AT ALL LEVELS.
Customer service and order timing is not bad but never try their beef burger, worst burger ever. Their roll paratha, gol gapay and chat are quite ok but burgers i dont know how they made them because they are really bad.
This guy is taking 100 to 200 per table, i just noticed while i was counting my order that ge took 100 extra from me when i asked him he said they dont have salary and they take money from each customer, i didn't like the way he is talking money, we always give tips to them even i gave him today but when i recount i noticed he already took 100.
Delay in order booking and delivering but overall ok.

The delivery guy took for ever plus the burgers had old vegetables in it and it literally smeeled like rotted and the chicken was extremely soggy as well as the fries and the drinks were warm plus the quantity was not that good also
