Need improvement a lot to meet international standard or hire international staff to serve customers. Typically Pakistani attitude observed during my first ever visit to a Pakistani McDonald.

Ambiance is great but food was stone cold even the fries. Not crowded that's why already cooked was served. Was shy enough to not asked the waitress to change meal and serve hot and fresh.
Quick service in the drive thru. Please double check your order at the window before driving off. Otherwise you will have to go through 3 individuals from McDonald's just to get the missing item back. Don't be in a rush to drive off at the delivery window. Take your time. You'll thank me later.
Mcdonald is always serving good food, but as they launched new taste in fries it is not good as they told.
Worst Experience. Been in love with McDonald's from country to country but that pathetic service never been noticed. Ordered nuggets, McChicken and fried chicken. It tooks 20mint to serve on table and after all that Hassell we Got this. I don't know how is that possible that McDonald's kinda international food chain have different food standard all our the world but in this branch it's just waste to money as well as waste to time. Hope someone from cooperate will look into this Thanks
The meal is sooo good and waiters are very respectful they serve with love very good experience next time I will visit again to this branch
Good quality fast food for the families especially kids meal for the young ones. Sitting area is comfortable and drive through is also available. On drawback is the underpass construction workup now a days due to which its really difficult to visit such fast food restaurant at the Gulberg enterence. InshaAllah it will be resolved soon
Loaded fries are not good. They are normal mcdonald thin fries with sauce etc. I thought loaded fries will be thick cut.
