No doubt that they have a great taste and they are very famous as well but they lack rather touch the rock bottom in courtesy and customer services. They will even charge you for an ounce of sweet if it's over the round kg, needless to say they do charge for the box and carrying bag as well. And no discount nor anything complementary even if you do shopping over 5k. Best taste with worst customer services, so ultimately that great taste of the sweets is ruined by their attitude.

After getting recommendation from almost every person I asked, they are indeed one of the best in Rawalpindi. They also have a chaat corner and great ice cream options.
Jamil sweets is one of the best sweets makers in the town. All the products made are fresh and good in taste which of course do justice to the brand name. I have never been disappointed with the taste and quality of Jamil sweets and of course you never will be I bet.
Sweet may be very good, but poor customer service. Payment is received on « Kachi Raseed » where no documentation of Tax to be paid is mentioned. Government need to crackdown on such outlets which are evading Tax payments. Changing of box caused payment of Rs:120/- Rupees extra... that too without any invoice. Overall below expected standard.
I have experienced visiting Jamil Sweets after a long time. Didn't remember if I visited earlier. Shop has very old name and maintaining a legacy. I was asked specifically to buyبرفی from there. It was more than I thought of being 840/KG. Also shop did not have modern or more elegant look should I say in March with their high rates. Also I have to rush outside once to ATM as they do not encouraging a digital transaction like credit card or Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash etc.
Great splendid sweets. Has a top floor for family dinning as well where they serve Desi refreshments.
