Overall, a good branch. The environment is comfortable and clean. There is a token system in place for transaction related work but there is no token system for account related work. There are 3-4 desks and there is no que. Whoever goes to them first is served first. Processes are somewhat slow. Expect a fair amount of time to be consumed here. Moreover, staff isn't quite cooperative in some circumstances.

I have opened my bank account here. Atmosphere inside is very good and ventilated. Sanitary conditions are strongly observed. Everything is coordinated and excess people are easily handled. Great Bank, located in Rawalpindi, Saddar near GPO. Overall 9/10
Very good bank with poor parking.You can't get your work done here if you come in a car.Hire Careem or Uber. Not recommended.
If you want to re-live the 80’s era where Banks were all nationalised and the staff used to behave like typical government officials... this is the place !! I have never experienced this much of discourteous and unprofessional service of any bank in Pakistan in last 28 years.... I was amazed to know that they don’t even have “dispute resolution policy” !!!!
