After looking at other reviews I was afraid I might find myself in a similar situation. However, my package was delivered within 1 day from Lahore to Islamabad. The delivery guy did call me when he arrived at my address. I'm still giving 3 stars because I see that my experience may be exceptional rather than normal. You might get lucky with this service. But when you want your precious items to be delivered, you probably should not depend on this company.

Why there is no option of zero star? Pathetic liar service. Same they did it to me that i was not at home that's why parcel is undelivered. P.s anybody had same situation kindly tell how you got your parcel then.

Their delivery boys never ever attempted to call or contact if they didn't find the address... and when after long wait, you track your order then got to know as you denied to receive the order so they reverted it back... i mean seriously? Can we deny to receive the order for which payment has already been made? The worst ever courier company with which i had an experience twice. Big brands should not consider this pathetic courier service for which we need to register complaints multiple time to receive a simple order.. it is just a torment nothing else...
