Had a very bad experience they tore the cartons of my delivery. Front desk management is not helpful never understood the extra charges. I have heard from others that they are good but I am not that impressed with their services.

Reasonable price. Uncomfortable delivery system, no home delivery. First you have to go to first counter, they will search your slip manually then you have to move on to next counter, they will sign your slip then you yourself have to to godown which is at the other place 100m away and request the staff to search your package as they are not placed systematically. My package was broken during transit. Staff at godown was looking inside some parcels whose seals got opened during transit. My experience says better to spend some extra money but get your things intact.
