I've been a member at RAW for just over 2 years now and I can honestly say that it has changed my life both mentally and physically - all for the better! The coaches know when to push you, but they also know when you've reached your limit! A very friendly and welcoming environment! Can't recommend RAW Performance Omagh enough!

RAW performance is a fantastic gym that specialise in group/personal trainings. Decky and the lads are great trainers who know what there doing. You'll get fit and have a bit of craic while doing it!! Highly recommended.
